Bringing recipes from homeland to your tables, Bombat Masala is born as one such restaurant serving freshly cooked Indian vegetarian delicacies, and it's more than just curries. 

Our idea of running a restaurant ourselves was to replicate our expectations and aim to deliver to our patrons what we expect as customers when we dine out – an overall positive and memorable experience, and that’s how the idea of Bombat Masala was born. 

Bombat Masala is a maiden venture, brought to you by Elite Hospitality Services Pty Ltd, Australia. We are not the experts in food industry, but we continue to learn the art of good food each day. 

Established in 2023 in Sydney, Australia, Bombat Masala is an independent restaurant operated by a family hailing from the state of Karnataka, India. We believe that restaurants are a major part of cultural identity, and we treat our restaurant as a happy place, a place where our patrons come to celebrate – whether it is a birthday, anniversary, connecting with family or friends, and that it is important to us, not just to serve good food, but to create an overall great experience.
