The Staff and Management at Bombat Masala follow and enforce the following policies that are designed in line with our business requirements and protocols. 

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at any time.
• Management reserves the right to cease the sale of any product and/or services at any time.
• Management reserves the right to bring or use of alcohol on all occasions. 
• Bombat Masala will not allow violent or bad behaviour at our premises. 
• Bombat Masala does not allow intoxication practices within our premises. 
• Obscene and /or offensive language will not be tolerated at any time.
• Guests with kids are responsible to make sure they respect the privacy of another person.
• Smoking restrictions apply throughout the venue and must be adhered to at all times. 
• For those with special dietary requirements or any kind of allergies who may wish to know about the food ingredients used, please speak to our friendly staff. 
• Bookings can be made through this website, and you consent to providing required details to make the booking. 
• By making a booking, you consent to receiving Email and SMS Text Notification for booking confirmation and subsequent booking reminders.
• Some dishes contain nuts or may have traces of nuts, please check with our friendly staff who can assist with dietary restrictions.
• Some dishes may or may not be altered.
• Food and other services once ordered cannot be cancelled, and Bombat Masala reserves the right to charge you for the item ordered and include as the total payable. 
• Surcharge - Card Usage Surcharge applies. Additional 10% surcharge will be applied to your total bill amount on Public Holidays where applicable.
